Combined, partners Esther Dockery and Jeffrey Kaye bring decades of experience in development, design, construction and property management to each project allowing VSA to maintain a highly disciplined focus on schedules, budgets, compliance and aesthetic direction. Each design decision is subject to budgetary scrutiny, and conversely, each financial directive is evaluated for impact on design quality. The company has deep roots in New York City Real Estate, and a proven track record of adding value through extraordinary design and ‘all-in’ project management.

JEFFREY KAYE
JASON WAISNOR
Jason, an architectural design professional and ARE candidate, joined Vine Street in April 2018. Born and raised in New England, he attended Roger Williams University for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. In 2015 he received his Master’s in Architecture with a focus on adaptive reuse and large-scale industrial transformations. That same year, he began working in New York City for a firm specializing in hospitality and interior renovations.
In renovating buildings, Jason is an advocate of implementing the use of existing conditions and resources, thereby maximizing the full-term life span of a building. At Vine Street he hopes to continue to improve the process of socially conscientious design and construction.
